ProWest did an excellent job on the design and install of our solar project. Hunter's crew was efficient and meticulous. ProWest returned within a day to replace a failed panel - great service.

I highly recommend Pro West for any electrical work. Jay was the electrician who came out, and he was a true professional. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very detailed in his work. We recently had Prowest install our solar system and cannot imagine the experience from beginning to end being any more perfect. From requesting the quote Henry took time out of his busy schedule to sit down with us in person to answer and explain all our questions in regards to solar. His passion, experience and patience really shows and made us comfortable with this new journey that we knew nothing about. At no point did we feel rushed to make a decision. No pushy sales tactic. Everything was great. After signing the documents Catherine kept us in the loop along the way. If I had questions, she’d email or call me within minutes. Really added confidence that we were taken care of. Krystal would maintain this workplace vision and reply to us promptly when we had a billing question. During install, Hunter came by everyday on time and would chat with us about the days game plan. Everything was kept clean, if I wasn’t home I wouldn’t even know they came for the day. Fantastic work. Everything about our solar project was seamless, fast and fun. Prowest has earned a customer for life. It was such a pleasure.
